  • Moved into this place and stayed here for 18 months and our entire stay has been pleasant. Price is a bit higher compared to the other areas or quadrant but you get what you pay for in terms of service, amenities and location. You have access to rooftop patio, gym and underground parking. Deliveries are secure as they have set up delivery lockers. Management and maintenance responds to queries right away; They do have security that does rounds every night keeping every resident safe; housekeepers maintains the cleanliness of the condo everyday. Most of the residents are friendly and…
  • We landed at Calgary with a strict 4 days timeline. Tuesday we visited the apartment complex and by Friday afternoon we got the keys. Right from the initial showing, providing any requested information, answering all questions, unrushed, document processing and above all understanding the tenant needs were definitely the highlights of this move-in experience. And Marcy was amazing throughout the process. the best part was she listened and understood our needs and did her best to meet them. A big thanks to Marcy. Amanda's provided great support too with timely documentation, responding to…
  • Management team is amazing. We loved our two bedroom with a den apartment. It was perfect for us! Thank you to Marcy for showing us the unit and explaining everything to us. Amanda is so kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything :)
  • I've been here for over a year now and have no major complaints, there were some problems during winter with the snow plowing company clearing the snow around 3am but other than that, it is in a great location right next to the C-Train so easy to get around Calgary. The rental agency has been super great to work with throughout the year and they also have security patrolling throughout the night to maintain safety for the residents and businesses.

  • My family and I are very grateful to Marcy Kefle. She provided us with excellent care from the beginning, guided us through the process, and thanks to her, we are now living in the place we wanted. To this day, she continues to support us with an excellent attitude.
  • This apaartment is new with good location. Just next to super store, ctrain station and a cinema. I recently had the pleasure of working with Marcy at the leasing office, and I must say, she went above and beyond to assist me with the apartment rental process. Her helpfulness and patience made my transition as a new immigrant so much smoother. Marcy truly made a positive impact on my experience. I couldn't be more grateful for her exceptional service.
  • I have to give this apartment and management team I've dealt with a 5/5. The communication and process to get approved was super professional and I couldn't be happier. Thank you to Hailey for showing me my apartment when I first toured the place. She was super friendly and was super helpful with all documentation needed. Marcy as well was someone I worked with during this process and she was super friendly and helpful as well. They both made the experience super welcoming.
  • I recently had the pleasure of touring this brand-new apartment. All units I visited were well-designed with space-efficiency in mind, with plenty natural light flooding in through large windows. The kitchens were modern and equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. The bedrooms were cozy and offered ample storage space. The property is conveniently situated next to a CTrain station and a Real Canadian Superstore. It is also within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, parks, YMCA, a cinema and a climbing gym. The leasing agent Amanda was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. She…
