The apartment was clearly not prepared for guests. It was extremely dirty — there was not a single clean surface. Doors, windows, furniture, and all surfaces were covered in dirt. The floor was sticky, and the rug was filthy with visible food leftovers. There was a strong unpleasant smell in the apartment. The walls were stained and damaged. The shower cabin was very dirty with visible mold, and the ceiling above it was cracked and sagging. Basic appliances like the TV and refrigerator were not working. I booked an apartment with the company Bespoke. The apartment and the building were nice. But the company's service was terrible. I forgot something in the bathroom, remembered it the moment I left, and immediately sent a message letting them know, but they did nothing. Two days passed, I messaged again, and they said they couldn't find anything. I'm sure it was left there because I left and went to another hotel, and it wasn't in my suitcase. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had booked a stay with Vacay Lettings on the 14th floor of MAG 318, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures — very clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully arranged for a pleasant stay. The host was very attentive and responsive at all times, making sure every detail was taken care of. The location is fantastic — it’s within walking distance to Dubai Mall and Souq Al Bahar, especially enjoyable during the winter months. I definitely recommend staying at MAG 318 with Vacay…
This building is made of very cheap materials, and it’s impossible to rest here in peace. At night, you can hear the neighbors talking through the walls and the noise of passing cars. Early in the morning, there are vacuum cleaners, banging sounds from the cleaning staff in the hallway, and their loud voices — it all feels like living in a dormitory. In November, I stayed here and paid 12,250 dirhams for a studio — unreasonably expensive for such discomfort.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience at MAG 318, and I’d like to especially appreciate Mr. Anas Anees at the reception. He’s extremely professional, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. His positive attitude and quick assistance make every visit pleasant and smooth. Excellent customer service — truly an asset to the property!
I truly wanted to enjoy my stay at this apartment, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectations. While the view and the pool were lovely, the apartment itself was not well maintained. The refrigerator and washing machine were not functioning, there was no access to cold water, and we were not provided with proper elevator or parking cards, which made the stay inconvenient. We had originally booked for 8 nights, but the reservation was canceled after only 2 nights, and we had to move to another hotel. the place was nice (but a bit small) and they were very responsive to all my queries. just few minutes to burj khalifa. with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. i was just disappointed with the refund of the deposit which was 500AED but they gave me back only 402SR.
This is really a luxury building even though it is small with only 22 floors, but when you stepped inside you can feel the quality of the whole building, its facilities like pool, gym, sauna, kids area all excellent. It is so nice even to have a both canal and Burj Khalifa views, and even you can walk to Dubai mall with only 5 mins. Living here is really quality based and convenient especially for people who are working in downtown and nearby commercial area.
