The Arcadia Carolina Forest Staff (Patrick, Victoria, Angela, and Isaiah) have been nothing short of AMAZING, ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, as it relates to friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism. I could not have selected a better property in Myrtle Beach to stay, and trust me, I have visited a few before making this selection. I can't stop there, this includes the entire staff down to the 'topshelf' maintenance team (Ty and Robert) - quick and very responsive! I thank the entire staff for being available to me and my family!!!!
Amazing tour Angela was amazing for grabbing weight limits for gym equipment for us for the money its amazing and worth it loved our tour
I am very pleased with my apartment, very comfortable and lots of perks! The staff especially Angela and Victoria have been wonderful to reach out to if any issues or questions. They hold community events for tenants at least once a month. This month it’s a paint and sip, just need to attend and enjoy. I am looking forward to it. Thank you for making my move here such a positive experience (I’ve been here almost 5 months already). Oh and I forgot to mention that they have preferred employers you can find on the website that save you $$, who doesn’t love that?!
I signed my lease back in July, and choosing Arcadia has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. From day one, the staff has been phenomenal—always welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring about the residents. Any time I’ve had a question or needed help, the office team has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and with a positive attitude. Just moved here in January, absolutely love this community, very quiet but also close to everything. Being right off the 501 your maybe 15 minutes from the beach. Everyone in the office is so friendly, the assistant manager Victoria is a rock star and was so helpful getting me in my new place. Definitely would recommend this community to anyone looking.
Great customer service. I had planned on moving there and completed all the steps to live there. However, I had to cancel my upcoming move due to purchasing a new home that was unexpected. The staff made it very easy to cancel the contract. If anything were to ever fall through or I ever need to rent again, I’d definitely reapply!
Best apartment complex by far. Very high class feel all the way through. Every problem we have had big or small they were very accommodating and professional. We have fun with their amenities and they have beautiful walkways and lightings for at night. Very pet friendly but also clean. Can’t speak more highly about any other place you can live at 100/10. The staff rocks btw shout out Angela and Victoria.
Oh my! I have hit a Gem. This place is great! If you are looking for a quiet place but still short access to everywhere, why have you not signed? Prices are great! Isaiah, Victoria, Patrick and the rest of the team have made me feel like a second home. They are always in a great mood and ready to answer even the most mundane questions. The Amenities are top notch. My co-workers are a bit jealous. The place is spotless and people that live here are friendly. Happy to be apart of the community.
