I would give zero stars if I could. We were the FIRST people to live in our unit since it was brand new, and somehow it was nothing but problems from the start. Our AC went out FOUR different times, mostly during the summer. The temperature inside got above 85 degrees. That is completely unacceptable and unsafe. One of those times we called the 24-hour emergency maintenance line and no one even answered. We didn’t hear back until the next day. So what exactly is the point of advertising emergency maintenance if no one responds during an actual emergency? Sitting in a dangerously hot apartment…
I want to give a huge thank you to Guillermo and Maria from the maintenance team at Ascend at Longbow. They are both absolutely outstanding. Any time I’ve needed something fixed, they’ve been quick to respond, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take real pride in their work. I am continually impressed by our exceptional maintenance team here at Ascend Longbow! Maria and Guillermo are the best! They quickly responded to my call for help with getting another bed moved from the garage up two flights to my guest room. In a matter of minutes, the job was done! Thank you so much! My daughter was touring this property and as a maintenance man myself I noticed the property was very well kept while she was tour and I was able to take a picture of the pool and noticed how beautiful it is. I ran into the service manager, Maurice and he was able to show me all the other amenities that the property had to offer. He showed me how the gym would face the golf course and how you could have a cup of coffee in the morning while watching the airplanes takeoff in the morning. I must say it was a beautiful site.

Looking for a new home, my family and I toured a nice property in a developing area. While there, I overheard a maintenance worker (maybe named Maurice E.) expertly explain a repair. His knowledge was impressive and reassuring—if things break, it seems they’ll be fixed correctly and quickly. With my lease ending soon, this might be the spot. Rent with confidence!
I took a tour here recently to look at a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit and was honestly really impressed. The property is absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. It stands out from other places I’ve seen. I also happened to run into a maintenance guy on the property, Maurice E., during my visit, and he was wonderful. Super friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding area. Toured the community the other day. The leasing staff Lisa was so nice and was happy to show me the 4 bedroom floor plan. The apartment was so spacious!! The bathrooms are very nice. The amenities were great!! I would highly recommend to take a look. Thank you Lisa!
These apartments are really nice. I toured the 2 bed and 2 bath model. I love how spacious they are. Lots of storage space. Lots of cabinet and counter space. There isn’t an outdoor storage closet. Lots of bedroom, bathroom, and counter space. The living room is huge! Ceilings fans are in the living room and both bedrooms. The first floor units do not have carpet. Location is not super great, but it is really close to the U.S 60 highway. There are two EV charging connections. Overall, these apartments are awesome. I am really considering applying here!
