The location is good, the area is also good. The house is well maintained. For this 5+ But the big minus is that there is no privacy for residents! There are always crowds of realtors and people who are shown the building. You're lying by the pool or working out in the gym, and you're being watched by a crowd of people who came on a field trip! And so it is every day!
As an owner and investor across different countries and with multiple developers, I have experienced various levels of service, but the genuine care shown by Vincitore Development truly stand out. Their customer service approach is warm, professional, and client-focused. A special appreciation to Miss Malika, who is extremely business-oriented, values time, and always thinks outside the box to find the best solutions. Her dedication, responsiveness, and strategic mindset make a real difference. It is rare to find a developer that combines professionalism with such a human touch. Highly…
Extremely disappointing experience living at Vincitore Benessere. The management is consistently disrespectful and unprofessional, with concerns ignored and poor communication throughout my stay. Security staff are intrusive and untrained, even asking our visitors questions like “how long are you planning to stay?” Instead of taking his name and number like every other security would. There is constant construction noise directly under the apartment for retail stores opening, lasting more than 10 hours a day and even on weekends. This alone makes living here unbearable for a residential…
This building has been a huge disappointment. The management is unprofessional and completely unwilling to solve any of the problems we are facing. We were never told that a construction site would start right in front of our apartment. The constant noise makes daily life and working from home extremely difficult. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. The apartment is poorly insulated, especially the sliding doors, which let in noise, heat and dust. It feels like the apartment was not built or maintained properly. Our assigned parking space is frequently used by someone else, and despite…

I strongly do not recommend this building. The management is completely incompetent and no issue is ever properly resolved. We were never informed that a building would be constructed directly in front of our apartment. The constant construction noise makes working from home almost impossible. This is a serious omission. The soundproofing is terrible — the sliding doors are so badly installed that you can literally fit a finger through the gap, letting in noise, dust, and heat. My private parking space is constantly taken by other cars, and management has never found a solution. Our access…
Living here is very nice. However, I wish to share a few concerns that need to be addressed. Although I fully appreciate that this is still a new building and work needs to still often be completed, it would be nice if workmen often respected times of day and levels of noise for families and residents(in some cases the constant drilling is unbearable when its lasts for 12 hours in a day). Sun beds is still and issue, especially as the building gets more residents. Maintenance however, has been promptly dealt with in a timely manner. So, in light of this, some aspects are good, but management…
We were visiting family in Dubai who live in this complex. It is a wonderful place, very well kept and is so clean and tidy with very friendly staff always out and about sweeping and tending to the gardens. There is a swimming pool with life guard and a small bridge that leads to the gym in the middle of the pool. There is also a sauna, jacuzzi, wellness room and games room also around the pool. It has a parking garage with allocated spots. It is nearby to Miracle Gardens and Butterfly world.we had a fantastic time and hopefully will travel there again soon.
Vincitore Benessere is truly a standout! The stunning beach concept pool is a highlight, offering a unique and relaxing experience like no other. The amenities are top-tier, with everything you need for a refreshing and luxurious time. The design is beautifully done, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere throughout. Whether you’re enjoying the pool or exploring other facilities, every detail is well thought out. A perfect place to unwind and enjoy a premium experience. Highly recommend!
