They recently opened a new BBQ area in the building as part of the residential amenities. When I first asked about it, I was told that cleaning could be arranged for an additional fee if needed. However, after using the BBQ area, I received a call telling me that I am required to clean the entire grill myself — bring a brush, cleaning supplies, soap, and wash everything on my own. Extremely noisy early mornings, no respect for residents’ peace I live in Dubai Creek Harbour and this week alone, the gardening and hedge trimming started as early as 5:15 AM, again at 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM : four times in a single week. As a night-shift worker, it’s impossible to sleep. The noise is extremely disturbing and sometimes even wakes up babies and small children. It’s disappointing that EMAAR sends weekly reminders to residents to follow community rules, yet their own contractors don’t respect basic noise regulations. I have been dealing with a persistent sewage odor in my apartment for months, which has significantly impacted my comfort. Despite numerous maintenance visits, the issue remains unresolved. The team performed temporary fixes but failed to identify or properly address the root cause. Building management’s response has been slow and dismissive. Im in love with this accommodation place . I stayed in this place for tow days, i feel like im in my home, everything i need was available, everything is very clean and smells nice. The bed and pillows like clouds ☁️ . The view was amazing overlooking on the (Greek harbour area) very quite area . Its the perfect place for relaxing. This place unforgettable .
