Leslie is truly an amazing human being and an absolute pleasure to work with. I've lived in this building for almost a year and am definitely sad to be leaving! The leasing process was about as straightforward as it gets. The building is top notch, exceptionally clean and well designed. The apartment units are great, the insulation / windows make it impossible to hear Route 50. The location is unbeatable -- you're on a side street, so less traffic and plenty of street parking for your guests (or yourself, if you're like me and want to save $150/month!). Just moved in a few weeks ago and have had a great experience so far. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lesley Lancaster was exceptional in helping with the lease agreement, giving room tours, and making us feel welcome. The facilities are super nice and in a great location

I have lived at Gables Pointe 14 for over 2 years now and it has been an amazing experience! Ms. Dana at the front desk is the absolute heartbeat of the building. There is nothing she won't do to help you, she makes you feel beyond supported, and she treats every single person like they are the only resident in the building. She knows EVERYONE'S name and prioritizes the human element in all of her interactions. She is beloved! Deontay in Leasing is invaluable. I’ve been living here for about 1.5 years and have nothing but great things to say. Building is clean, I don’t ever hear my neighbors, and the amenities are well maintained. I would be remiss if I didn’t give Ms. Dana a HUGE shoutout!! After a long day of work, I can always count on her warm greetings when I walk through the doors to cheer me up! She’s always super helpful and feels like the heart of the community. Truly appreciate her making living here feel extra special.
I’ve been living here for the past four years, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The maintenance staff is quick and responsive. The concierge, Dana, is truly heaven-sent! She always has the biggest smile on her face and is willing to go the extra mile for anyone here. The amenities in this building are spectacular and state-of-the-art. The property is neat and tidy, and conveniently located near the highway, and just five minutes from Georgetown. Would Highly recommend!!!
I’ve been living here for 2.5 years and have had a great experience! Wonderful amenities, quiet apartments, and the best concierge in town! Dana keeps the building secure, making sure only residents enter the building. She also makes sure my dog walkers are able to get in to walk my dog every day and takes care of my key. Dana is so fun to talk to and creates a great environment for the tenants.
