My Real Estate Agent Karina Benz showed my this building and Located at World Center Miami it’s a great development, and looks the right time to get involved as this area of Miami is going to keep going and going over next few years, it’s be exciting to see it happening
Delivering a package here was quick and easy. Valet let me park my car and I went inside the Delivery door and checked in at the desk. Thank you for having an organized system.
This is one of the most strangest place I’ve been and lived and encountered I mean it’s a beautiful spot bit the management is super awful and it’s sad because the amenities are one of The best , currently I’m dealing with a situation with the valet and it’s crazy because I gave the management over a month to rectify this issue , they literally had a valet employee driven up my car while I was in New York one of my friends that lived there had the car with him and they took the car to do god knows what and the craziest part ? Been driving it for the time we wasn’t there and 6000 miles !! Op…
I am horrified and shaken — I was physically assaulted by the notorious Ella Courchene an aggressive biological male pitching a tent inside The Paramount, and the way management handled (or rather ignored) the situation was unforgivable. This is not a petty neighbor dispute; this was an assault in my own building, and I deserved immediate support, protection, and decisive action. Instead I was met with indifference, vague promises, and no meaningful steps to keep me or other tenants safe. I demand that The Paramount immediately suspend the alleged aggressor’s building privileges, commence…

I’ve really enjoyed owning an apartment in this building. The location is excellent—close to everything I need, but still feels private and quiet. The common areas are always kept very clean and well-maintained, and the building staff are professional, attentive, and friendly. Security and overall safety are also top-notch, which gives me peace of mind. The community here is welcoming, and the management team is responsive whenever I’ve had a question or small request. I’m glad to call this place home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed building.
Lived here 4 years. First 2 years rented then decided to buy. I love this building..all of it…the property, the amenities, the management/Board (who have made some much needed improvements), the community! Most of people in this building are great and I’ve built some dear and long lasting friendships here. The location has been built up tremendously since I’ve been here and it’s only getting better. I’ve read through some of these reviews and have found (IMO) that many of these folks just want a free for all. Sounds like they’re only concerned about themselves and not the logical and legal…
This building is absolutely gorgeous. It has more amenities than you can imagine, from basketball and tennis courts to five pools, a gym with a boxing ring, a spa, and even a full theatre with Airplay available. Despite this being a huge building, the common spaces never really feel packed at all. In fact, most of the time it feels like a private resort more than anything. I highly recommend people to move here and to do so before Miami Worldcenter blows up with restaurants and shops and the prices skyrocket.
Luxury condo living at its best. Very nice location in the heart of downtown Miami. Lots of amenities included. Very nicely kept. The only thing is that some people just don't look after their pets. They let them urinate just anywhere, so watch your step. Thank you very much for checking in. Have a blessed day.
