Prestigious and luxury living place
Residential building over 50 floors; 2 views- inner side facing Lohas Mall and other residential buildings in Lohas Park. Outer side facing the sea, bridge and HK Island side.
Beautiful scenery, waterfront development with nice interior design. location reasonably convenient (especially if you drive)

Management company does nothing to stop the constant drilling, which happens every Sunday and most Saturdays after 7pm. Some people are just rude and disresepcful management simply don't care
You can take 1hr walk from Tiu Keng Leng Station
Building has uneven floors, very poor sound proofing. Can hear my upstairs neighbour moving things around all the time, can hear noises outside clearly (cars driving, wind etc). MTR exit to this place was done extremely poorly, funnels everyone into a small exit
