This is the worst apartment complex. They will not communicate about anything. We have called and left emails to everyone possible to receive our rental credit tax form and have received no response. They are also holding my package that was sent there and will not provide any information. They are the most disorganized office ever. There is also someone new in the leasing office every month so explains a lot about this management. You would think that paying more than $3500 a month, we’d have better service.
Living at NLG 360 in the North Loop has been nothing short of amazing. The building feels like a true luxury community, with 5‑star amenities that make everyday life feel elevated. I love living here! This place is amazing with all the amenities and the staff and security are extremely friendly I know all their names. It’s always clean and smells amazing all the time. You actually get more than what you’re paying for. Highly recommended this place. All my neighbors are super nice and friendly.
I have lived in north loop green 360 for over 1 year and have nothing but a positive experience! The staff is all friendly and helpful, neighbors are all very respectful, and the amenities are all so nice and people treat them well in my opinion! There are randomly unforeseen issues with amenities but they fix them fast! I also love how easy transportation is! It’s extremely walkable, but if you need to go somewhere further you’re next to all the major freeway entrances making getting out of the city a breeze and right next to the light rail! I've attended several events at North Loop Green 360 since my bestie has lived there, and I love this building! The lobby and amenities are so vibrant and well-decorated, the building is concrete so you don't hear your upstairs neighbors, and the fitness area is top tier - the locker room gives Lifetime a run for its money. This apartment has countless work from home spaces, and my experience with the staff has always been amazing. I will say that the elevators can be slow, but the building is 34 floors tall (not including the 4 levels of parking) so that's understandable. I'd recommend these…
I recently toured North Loop 360 Apartments in Minneapolis and was very impressed! The amenities are outstanding, especially the social room overlooking Target Field. The concierge staff was warm and inviting, and the leasing consultant was extremely knowledgeable in helping me find the apartment that best fit my needs. Being right next to the train is also a huge convenience for getting to MSP. I’ve looked at several communities in this area, and this one is by far the best of the group. I’m hoping to sign a lease soon!
This is simply an exquisite living experience. Amazing location, great staff, incredible amenities. Really no complaints at all, except for one thing… There are 6 floors of short term rentals, or better stated as, a hotel. These hotel guests have access to the amenities, and it makes it so the majority of people I encounter up there are not my neighbors, but just random people who change day-to-day. It really ruins the sense of community on the property, and if I could change one thing it would be to remove amenity access from these hotel guests. Especially when the rates are so inexpensive.
I have been living at North Loop Green for 3 months now and I have so many AMAZING things I would like to say: - The application process was so easy. Everything they ask for is clearly defined. Move in progress was so slick. They have multiple elevators and one large one so it’s super easy to get large items up to your room. -Plenty of garage parking. -I live in a studio and have plenty of room for all of my belongings.
