I first would like to clarify that I’m currently not a resident. However, I will share my experience w/Gotham point since July 2022. I'm TRULY disappointing w/Gotham Point. I have been following up for several years since I first applied for these apartments again in July 2022 the very First day they began accepting applications. On my end it shows I have a log application number. It is just disheartening to hear that after all these years of following up with Gotham point. They now can’t locate My application. Gotham Point has been amazing! The staff is super friendly and attentive, the service is seamless, and the experience is always top-notch. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality and professionalism
I strongly do not recommend this apartment building. The living conditions are stressful and unpleasant. There is constant cigarette smoke and marijuana odor through hallways and into units. Loud arguments and fights happen regularly, and police are frequently on site, which makes the environment feel unstable and unsafe. Noise is a major issue—thin walls mean you hear and smell everything from terrible/ questionable neighbors, day and night. There are eviction notices on doors, slamming, stomping, loud music and very very strange people. The adjacent park attracts groups openly smoking weed,…
Ted was absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish, he was incredibly sweet, professional, and truly attentive. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Beyond being knowledgeable and responsive, Ted is genuinely a kind and good person, which made such a difference during what can often be an overwhelming experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better agent and highly recommend him to anyone looking at Gotham Point Apartments.

Ted was an amazing agent who genuinely wanted the best for us, and made us feel right at home. We're very glad that he was our introduction to this building. The apartment is very modern with next-level views. Appliances are all up to date and the building has great amenities, along with regularly scheduled events and happenings in the community. The weekday shuttle bus to Vernon/Jackson and Court Square is a bonus, sad to see that it's being discontinued in 2026. Hope to see the surrounding land be put to good use soon!
The leasing agent Ted was super helpful. He’s so kind and sweet, and he takes action quickly whenever you have questions about something. The environment here is amazing too; there’s a park, grocery store, and ferry nearby. Nice home and view, loving it here.
Really great experience working with Ted and exploring the apartments at Gotham Point. We set up an appointment at the last minute and Ted was very accommodating. He showed us a number of apartments and really listened to us as we laid out our desires. He showed us a range to get a sense of what we were looking for. The location is great. The views of Manhattan are amazing, the shared spaces are wonderful, and the apartments are smartly laid out. The rents are incredibly reasonable for what you get.
Gotham has been my home for nearly six months now -everything has been absolutely extraordinary! I want to express the level of professionalism and care that is put into the building -The daily services the concierge and community organizers manage coordinate and facilitate here are all truly extraordinary! (The gym is especially beyond awesome!) The management and everyone who make all this happen everyday are creating a 5 star quality experience!!!! Gotham Point has really nailed it!
