Really need to sort out their opening hours advertised online! Placed an order at 7:08AM. Realised the store was closed, even after waiting till ~ 7:20AM! I shouldn't be allowed to order through the app if the store is closed. And the advertised hours should be adjusted. That being said, I did receive a refund, but I think this is an easy problem to fix.
Went to the store on 14/02 at 10:54am there was no worker inside the store it was empty. I have call out no one answer so I look behind the worker was outside near at the crossing on their phone taking their time walking back inside the store I didn't even know is the worker till I saw them at the door. The best part was seeing the worker eyes on the phone and hand putting the code in cause it took them time. I left cause the worker does not care if there was a customer waiting at all. You want to feel like you're ain't wanted in the store? I recommend coming to Cotti Coffee at Bankstown
On Sunday morning, I visited Cotti. Linh was super friendly and cheerful, and the drinks were really good. It was a very nice experience overall.

Hello, I would like to bring this situation to the attention of the management. This morning, before catching my bus to work around 7:30 AM at COTTI COFFEE (Bankstown), I ordered a hot chocolate. Unfortunately, the waitress took quite a while and served all the customers before preparing my drink, including those who were behind me. My bus ended up arriving 7 minutes later, which forced me to abandon my order. As a result, I paid for something I did not receive, and I had to rush out to avoid being late for work. Therefore, I'm requesting either a refund or at least a free hot chocolate…
Dear owner of Cotti, I hope this gets you well Today, I came to the Bansktown location around 1-1:30 to buy a coconut matcha, but when I tasted my drink, it was very bitter with clumps, which is very different from what I was served on any other day. I hope you can fix this for the future, as this is not the first time I have come across this problem, whereas at the Cabramatta location, I never had a problem with their matcha before. So I hope you could please find a solution. Thank you so much
One of the best coffee joints in Western Sydney, We were served by Emma that had great Customer service and was so helpful and very joyful. The price was very reasonable for the amount of coffee you get. The Matcha was definitely up there with one of the best overall really happy with the experience would definitely come back.
Just found out that there’s a Cotti Coffee in Bankstown now and I couldn’t be happier 😭 Best place for a pick me up coffee ~ plus they have really unique lattes!! The coconut and matcha series are my go-to’s ❤️🍵🥥
