  • Very picturesque location on the river mouth. Got to swim with and feed the turtles, also saw coconut crabs and a shark. Had a nice bbq lunch there. Worth a visit.
  • Went here yesterday (submitted a review to maps to "reopen" the listing) bit lacking in things to do and look at. Didn't get to feed the turtles like other reviewers but they are only just reopening after being shut due to covid so thinking everything wasn't ready for tourists again. Cruise ships are due back this year so they should be up and ready again soon. Concerned about the whole "conservation" thing, seems more like a zoo. Nice area though, was only 1000 vatu for entry and the lady that was our guide was really nice.
  • Deffinately must take a visit here. Swim with the turtles. See some baby shark and even star fishes. Lunch on the beach lagoon. Fabulous.
  • I wish I knew what this place was before going. This is a tourist attraction not a conservation place. The poor sharks look very unhappy and they take 250 year old turtles from the ocean and put them in a small pool for two years then release them and find another. They say they look after them and release them. But how well will a turtle survive after 4 years in captivity (the baby ones they have). I wouldn't recommend :(

  • Do not go here. I watched one of the workers pulling aggressively onto the biggest turtles flippers trying to get it to come nearer. He even put all his body weight onto the turtle in an attempt to keep it near the edge of the water. It was very distressing to see. I will not go back ever and will do better research to find a legitimate turtle sanctuary next time.
  • Beautiful spot with opportunity to pet and feed turtles. Food wasn't up to much though. Wonder how the caged turtles are treated over they long term though.
  • Beautiful scenery and people. You can swim with, pet and hold turtles. The area the turtles were in was a bit on the small side and hope that they are released once big enough as locals said. Road very bumpy on way there.
  • Amazing place we got to hold baby turtles and big turtles " with care " very well set up place just the road going to it isn't very good
