I have been here for a month, and I am really enjoying my experience! The leasing staff, particularly Michael Wells, have been extremely helpful in my transition to a new state. He has been such a support from the start - literally renting the palce sight unseen! - to helping me extend my lease once I was here. Hope, the manager, helped me with that as well which was appreciated. Definitely worth a look if you're seeking a new place to call home!
We’ve had an amazing experience so far with our apartment complex! Michael was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process and made getting all of the paperwork finished smooth and stress-free. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about making everything easy for us. We absolutely love the place and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Highly recommend!
It’s been officially one month since I moved to Ablon, and I wanted to share my experience. I absolutely love it here. The building is in excellent condition, and I’m really happy with my apartment. I do have to say though that Michael has been amazing since the very beginning. On the day of my tour, the elevators weren’t working and even the keys were having issues. I was honestly ready to leave, but he rescheduled, went out of his way, and insisted on showing me one last apartment - which is the one I call home today. I just have to give a big shout out to Michael ( my leasing agent) He has gone above and beyond to make this first time experience of moving on my own a great and uplifting success. From the time I called just looking around to the day I moved in,he has answered every question with a prompted response and has never held back. I was very hesitant on finding a place that had all of the amenities,secured parking, and a spacious 1 bed appartment with a modern vibe. This place had it all. Transitioning from Michigan to Texas went seamless, thanks to my leasing professional Michael. I was able to virtually tour the beautiful property and was walked through the entire application process. I encountered some unexpected obstacles with uploading my proof of income and Michael diligently sought out a resolution. Upon my arrival, my documents were ready and premises were pristine. The ladies in the front office are so kind. The grounds keepers are also very helpful and keep the property top notch. The residents/ community is diverse and welcoming. Last summer, my husband and I decided to move out of Uptown to the suburbs! He found The Ablon while driving through the Harbor with his business partner. He stopped in and met Michael Wells. It has been great living here the past six months. I moved to Ablon from out of state and one of the leasing consultant, Michael, was able to guide me smoothly through the move in process. He was very accommodating and made everything easy. Would highly recommend living here as Michael and the rest of the staff are very friendly and understanding. They are always very responsive over email and phone. Facilities are always clean and well maintained. Great view of the lake as well where I have enjoyed many sunsets.
I moved into this apartment complex earlier this year and it’s been great so far! Even before I moved in, I loved the place since my tour back in October. Michael was the one who gave me my tour and helped me move in, and he was a fantastic leasing consultant this entire time. He helped make the move in a seamless process, and I’m glad he was there to help me. The place is great as well, and I’m glad to be living here.
