We've lived here since July as one of the early tenants, and it’s been a really great experience. Being a newer building, the finishes are modern and thoughtfully done, and the apartments feel bright and open with good-sized rooms and impressively large closets. The amenities are a standout. The gym is truly amazing—beautiful, spacious, and always clean. There’s also an outdoor pool, golf simulator, co-working spaces, a sky lounge with games, and a media room. From the very first day I called to make an inquiry, my experience with Residence at Mazza has been absolutely outstanding. My fiancé and I moved into this property 4 months ago and have been very happy with both our apartment and the staff at Mazza. Jessica and her colleagues were extremely responsive and accommodating during our touring experiences and have followed it up with excellent service since our move. The property is cleanly, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing and the management has done a terrific job addressing any questions we have had thus far.

We are coming up on six months since we joined this wonderful community and are gradually getting settled. I'm still amazed by -- and addicted to taking photos of -- the beautiful sunsets we often view from our apartment. Everyone we've met so far (staff and residents) is friendly. Service requests are addressed promptly. The shopping and restaurants nearby are great. Metro's Red Line is just a block away. Metro bus stops are also convenient. Our grandsons enthuse about the game room when they visit. We (seniors) have even started using the gym. Overall, we are happy with how easy it has been…
My experience here has been pretty good so far. Not gonna lie, there’s things that need fixing but it’s a brand new residence and these things sometimes take time which i’m ok with. The building itself is beautiful and very spacious, a lot of things to do and enjoy. Everyone that works in the here is pretty great, very attentive and quick to resolve any issues that I had so far. My name is Jessie, and I have been living at the Residences at Mazza since September. My experience here has truly been wonderful. The community is clean, welcoming, and really feels like home. I especially want to highlight the amazing team—they always go above and beyond for the residents. I hosted a Pilates event on November 7th, and both Lawrencia and Jose, our maintenance technician, helped with the setup. We were given a tour of the two bed and up apartments recently by Lawrencia. We were very impressed by her professionalism and warmth. We were seniors and she was extremely patient! The whole building impressed us: the common areas and amenities were generous and the large choice of apartment designs at each level remarkable. They were all very light and bright and well equipped. The location is ideal with shops (a new Trader Joes opposite opens this week) and the metro and buses are right there. The main (imo) doctors of the area (Chevy Chase) are a block or so away too. We need to downsize…
