We signed a purchase agreement end of June with Brenna. We weren’t expecting to sign one this day since we know it’s a sellers market. We were able to get a new build in the 4th building 2 bed room with a loft and picked out our unit! A couple months later we meet at the design center in Scottsdale and Allison was super helpful! Any questions or concerns you have about the units and building. They work with you! Tony and I can’t wait to move in hopefully summer of 2021! Will recommend the cays we love the resort style living.
I looked at the Cays. Nice condos and location. Talked with several residents that live there. I was told by two owners that you can hear the neighbors that live above you. Said the installation between the units is good. I would recommend that you only buy a unit on the 4 th floor. Also the buildings are a lot closer than they appear on their website. Other than that all positive things about the Cays.
The people are nice and they very neighborly real quiet very clean area. Great view over the River View area. There is a few rules of course be prepared if you have any pets, you will need to leave a sample of its poo for the main office to keep on files. Otherwise it’s little pricey but it comes with a lot of amenities comes with the place, example from everything what you expect from as a first class hotel and resort. Grills outside, fire pits gyms, saunas, yoga studio, even a club house that is more than club house could offer plus more. It may look like a hotel but it’s not there condos.…
I LOVE living at The Cays which is like living at a very nice resort!! The amenities (pool, club house, gym) are first class and kept "showroom" ready at all times! The staff is Amazing and the sense of community from the residents is wonderful and the surrounding restaurants are a bonus. I highly recommend the "resort" style living at The Cays and my wife and I are extremely happy!!!

This was by far the best experience of buying a home I have ever had. Brenna was superb from the beginning, Donna was always there to help, and I need a lot of help, LOL, and Allison was fantastic with my walk through as well as Rick with the final walk through. I have lived in some nice places in Atlanta and Denver and this one tops them all. I appreciate the smiling faces around the area and look forward to the completion of the entire property. What an awesome place to live! The amenities are incredible, the management is outstanding and the lifestyle is what I appreciate living in Toscana, a sister community of The Cay's in North Phoenix. I bring my most discrimination clients to these two communities when looking for value and a unique lifestyle!

I was visiting my brother this past weekend to celebrate his kids' graduating high school and got to spend some time at his condo. Wow, my kids thought they were at a Las Vegas resort without all of the crowds or boozing! One afternoon we spent several hours at the pool-- sparkling clean, highly secure. That evening we grilled steaks, kebabs, and vegetables for 12 people at the outdoor grilling station next to the fire pit. It was a great family gathering.
