I've been here 3 years. For 3 years 1 or 2 elevators are not working out of 4. The same with other towers. I saw reviews saying it wasnt working for 2 years before that. They treat residents like animals and sheep, waiting 15 minutes just to go to lobby. Go somewhere where the management actually works, and treats you like a human.
Low quality fans, switches and GFCI outlets. Pain in the butt maintenance management, no warranty on all jobs, exhaust fans have no outlet to fan out any smells generated by simple cooking and showers. Management company only serves to stall all your complaints specially once they knew you’re a short term owner visitor!!!
Great condominium with good amenities and main hubs all around bgc..makati...Pasay...you easily get around everywhere.
Booked through Airbnb, self-check in but the host of Unit 3736 will intimidate you and harass you because he is a control freak. If you decline his visit, expect to be woken up the next morning to him banging on the front door and if you ignore it, he'll come back with 2 security guards to intimidate you. Don't expect access to cooking, rubbish bags or hot water. He makes it clear these are charged extra via cash only. The owners name is Arbert and if you disagree with anything he says he will then accuse you of discrimination as he's Filipino. He advertises the property on Airbnb called VIT…

40+ floors, 4 elevators, only 1 is operational in the bussiest time of the day. 45 mins of waiting just to ride the freakin elevator that I skipped several times because the people are always cramed like sardines. Time wasted for a 5 mins errand on the ground floor. RIDICULOUS!
We stayed here and left early. We were in the Casa Jezhuel unit. The location is not good. Not much to do around the area. There is a "mall" on the first floor... But there are only a few stores, you can walk through the mall in 10 minutes. We killed cockroaches in our room everyday. The swimming pools were either closed or so dirty that I would not let my family swim. After arriving we wanted to have guests over for lunch prior to going to the aquarium (which is far away). “Good If You Are Not Fussy” What I love the most at Fame Residences Tower 2, Unit 1724 is the bed. Cosy and comfy bed. Smells and looks clean. Aircon is great. I enjoyed the netflix movies. There was free two bottles of water. There’s electric kettle, microwave, plates, glasses and fridge. It’s almost perfect. But the only little problem is that you’re gonna see Atleast 4 cockroaches everyday especially in the toilet. The shower room drainage is not working well. So, if you don’t mind those cockroaches hanging out with you day and night then this is the best place to stay.
I stayed here using airbnb. Location: Close to the center of Ortigas center, close to the convenience stores, Walkable to big shopping malls such as Shangri-La plaza. Facilities: My floor was 30+, so room had great view.
