Weve been living in this building and honestly it still feels like a construction site. Nothing is ready. No buzzer. No pool. No gym. Nothing. The developer doesn't reply in a timely manner. And construction workers are doing nothing all day. DONT BUY HERE
It is such a nice bulding but management is horrible. I’ve been without heat in my apartment for almost two weeks, and it’s impossible to reach the management. I’ve tried multiple times, but no one responds or gives any update about when the issue will be fixed. I’ve been using a portable heater to stay warm, but it’s not efficient, and the temperature inside keeps getting colder every day. This is a serious health concern, especially with winter approaching. I’m also worried about how much my hydro bill will increase because of using the portable heater. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after months of frustration, I feel it's necessary to warn others about the poor management at this building. To start, I’ve been waiting over 7 weeks for a gift card that management said tenants would receive. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received only vague responses, and I’m still empty-handed. Other tenants received theirs weeks ago, so it’s unclear why mine is being held up. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. But that’s only the beginning. For two months, I’ve had two open holes in my ceiling caused by plumbing issues.…
This building is the most gorgeous I have lived in. I love living brand new buildings, though all of them have their newly built growing pains. I am looking forward to enjoy all the unique amenities this project offers in a couple of months.

I do not recommend this condo for renters, at least for the coming year. If I had known about all the issues beforehand, I definitely wouldn’t have considered moving in here. Currently, half of the building is without A/C in the heat of July, and it has remained nonfunctional since move-ins began in May. There have been significant floods with hot water spilling into units, and there was a real fire where the alarms failed to go off. Communication from the builder has been inconsistent, uninformed, and questionable at best. All of this has taken place in just the past month, creating far more…
Time to be honest about this condo. So the walk to the elevator is way too long legit it’s like a 2 min walk. Also the elevators aren’t built properly they’re super shady and scary. (Under construction) Not to mention none or the amenities are build and there is no clear date it will be finished soon. Most importantly the unit itself is not bad. They’re not cheap looking you can tell there is quality in these units. But once again the 1 bedroom 400 something square feet lay outs are very small. You can’t even fit a traditional couch between the kitchen and the window. The one bedroom feels…
Went for my PDI and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Clay helped us with the tour and he was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with the finishes and the quality of the products in the condo. Well done Concord!
Just completed the PDI for my condo, finishing and space with the view is excellent. Management and staff are super friendly. Customer care manager, Carlos and Sophie are super friendly and made our first time home buying experience super rich and fun. Thank you!
