Much potential but unfortunate decline in building in the last 2-3 years. About 10 managers in two years, our units became like gross roach motels, security pulled while weirdos all around, gym small, smelly with leaks, pool not operating. Lobby not updated, really a big mess so hard to gather how becoming a condominium will add much and not even for the 300K discount, asking price! Models look great but only a few floors renovated. Good luck, even storage units in disarray, big roaches etc.smh. Then unfortunately no modern thermostat in apartments so major temperature extremes with outdated…
Around since before condo conversion, only 1-2 floor renovated nicely but rest leaves much to be desired, pest-roach issues, no security...
Have been living here for some time now. The management team is responsive and professional, though there have been occasional delays with maintenance requests. Amenities like the gym and pool are clean and usually not overcrowded. A great place to live, especially for professionals or anyone looking for a convenient spot in the city.
Just wanted to leave a review here and say that I am familiar with the new management company because I lived at one of their buildings in CA. I have only the best things to say - they really do a great job at upkeep and are always responsive. The design of the building I lived at was stunning, so I am very much looking forward to seeing what they do here in Atlanta!

These were previously called 2460 Peachtree Apartments and are now being converted into condos — yet renters are still living here, and it's unclear if anything is being done to accommodate long-term residents who have called this place home for years. The building is extremely outdated. Only one floor has seen any sort of renovation, while the rest of the building is falling apart. There are serious issues with mold, roach infestations, and general disrepair. The pool is far out of compliance, and the parking gates are frequently broken — in fact, multiple cars were broken into just this…
