I lived at Heron for about year - I didn't have the best experience when I had to adjust my lease to go month to month. However the main reason I'm leaving a one star review is I moved out in July of 2025 and it's March and I still haven't received my deposit refund of $3k. I have sent countless emails and everytime I do I get an email back just saying that "it's still with finance and accounting etc etc" I hate leaving bad reviews but at this poiint I feel like I'm getting scammed. BEWARE OF THIS BUILDING AND BOZZUTTO.
Heron is an amazing property to live. I absolutely love my apartment and all of the amazing amenities. The staff is also great especially Porsha. She’s an absolutely wonderful leasing agent and is always so helpful!
Hello, I wanted to take a moment to share the experience I had. I am new to the area and as we all know moving is a hassle to begin with. The apartment tour I had completed this afternoon was exceptional. The woman was so personal, all smiles, and extremely knowledgeable. I toured three different places in the last 5 days and this place is it. Thank goodness I can finally stop searching.
Working with Sarah at Heron Tampa was an absolute pleasure. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire leasing process. Sarah took the time to answer all of my questions, gave a clear and honest overview of the community, and made touring and applying completely stress-free. Her professionalism and warm personality truly stood out. If you’re considering Heron Tampa, I highly recommend reaching out to Sarah she’ll take great care of you!

The building was amazing very clean and modern. I would highly recommend their facilities and experience as a whole. Aaron from leasing was exceptional and a wonderful person to talk to. He gave us an amazing tour and was very informative about the building. While his demeanor was professional while touring he made us feel at home and very comfortable throughout the whole process. Great building and even better staff!
Aaron, Porsha & Sarah were a tremendous help with assisting in my cross country move. It was a super easy transition and the team was super supportive and helpful. I highly recommend to anyone who has never been to Tampa. The area and place is gorgeous.
I recently made a delivery to a resident at The Heron in Tampa and was a bit confused about the two buildings. Luckily, I came across Maya, the Concierge Host, who was absolutely wonderful! She was so pleasant, kind, and went above and beyond to help me find my way — even though she didn’t have to. Ironically, we pronounce our names the same, which gave us both a good laugh and made my day. The Concierge Team is grateful to have someone as helpful and genuine as Maya!
We absolutely love this building! The apartment was spotless upon move-in, and the entire leasing process was smooth and straightforward. The building is very well-maintained, and we truly enjoy living in this area. Sarah from the leasing team has been wonderful — her professionalism and support made our experience even better.
