I had an excellent experience working with Yesim Bagatur on the Franck Muller Vanguard project for our clients. From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, well-prepared for meetings and always ready to answer questions and resolve any doubts. Our experience with Octa and Durar on the Trio Isle project was very bad, especially when investing remotely from France. We absolutely do not recommend them. The sales pitch was flashy and pressured us into quickly placing a 50,000 AED deposit for an EOI. Once we received the Booking Order's terms and conditions, we decided not to proceed, as they were very unclear about the ability to flip the unit on resale or rent it out short-term. My recent experience with Octa was unfortunately below expectations. Despite being genuinely interested in purchasing a property, the lack of professionalism and attentiveness from Head of Department and staff made the process unnecessarily challenging. Communication was ineffective, and our concerns were not taken seriously, which reflected a disregard for customer service. I would recommend exercising caution before engaging with them to prevent potential inconvenience or difficulties. Yes, I got my favorite unit however after on word services not really professional. One of the most incorrect and disrespectful companies I have ever dealt with. There is no respect for agents who work hard to bring them clients. Once they sell to clients, they disappear and make promises without following through. Be sure to stay far away from this company.
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Octa. Despite expressing a genuine interest in purchasing a property, the service I received was disappointing. The owner and the staff showed little interest in assisting us throughout the process, and it felt like our inquiries were met with indifference.
