I've moved into the building recently, and I wanted to make a special mention about Rachel Ofili, the property manager who has contributed extensively towards making my move and settling in a smooth process. Rachel's empathetic, and attentive nature, combined with her excellent problem solving skills makes you feel well looked after as a tenant. I recently moved into my dream area in London—Canary Wharf—at 30 Harbord Square, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. The move-in process was effortless, thanks to the exceptional support of property manager Rachel Ofili. Her professionalism, clear communication, and expert knowledge made everything seamless. I honestly couldn’t fault her, the building, or the apartment. my friends and i stayed in the hotel next to this building. after being scammed by our original 'hotel', we asked rachel (one of the managers in this building) for directions and she really saved us. we aren't from the area and she helped us get a room in the hotel nearby and gave us advice on what to do. the three of us are very grateful and will always remember her act of kindness which really made our weekend better. thank you so much rachel for being so helpful! i hope residents in this building appreciate how kind the staff are.
Moving into 30 Harbord Square has been a wonderful experience, thanks to Adriana, the Resident Service Manager and Kevin, the facilities coordinator. Their support made the process smooth, and their warm welcome truly made us feel at home. The community atmosphere in the building is amazing and everyone in Harbord Square is very friendly. We have moved into Harbord Square just over 2 months ago and... and its rather magical. Moving in was super easy thanks to Kevin ( facilities coordinator ) who have arranged for us parking spot and locked the lift for us. Moving "in and out" can be really stressful but not with Adriana, she has managed to process our application so quickly and smoothly that it almost felt impossible - possible! I lived here for 2 years and had a lovely experience. The building was nice and modern - and I had a fab view of the river and O2 arena. The neighbourhood is quiet and super close to tube lines which is incredibly convenient (especially when commuting into central). Adriana in building management was always really helpful, kind and professional - she always was quick to respond to any questions/concerns which I always appreciated. Will miss living at Harbord Square!
Living in Harbord Square for the past two years has been an absolute delight. The location is breathtaking and the view is stunning. The building is always impeccably clean, well-maintained, and modern. A special shout-out goes to Adriana and Amardeep, the exceptional building management team. They are diligent, proficient, and always supportive, going above and beyond to fulfill any request. Their work truly deserves commendation.
Really amazing place to live in, and Adriana and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is that it gets hot in the summer, and there’s a lot of construction noise now but of course none of their fault.
