Our experience was our reservations was for 2 full beds. Instead we received one bed and a pull out sofa bed. Which mattresses was bent, yellow, stained in several places. It looked like it was purchased used or at good will. The blankets weren't any better one had a hole and also stained disgusting. The chairs were also stained the bathroom floor flanks were loose and coming apart. Buyers beware. Not at all what we were expecting. Guests beware!
Skip this place it's a nightmare .Go to universal you'll get better service and better perks. Charged me for parking and other fees that totalled over an additional $350 !! when I told them that parking was included in my itinerary they still billed me for it and fought me for a CC dispute. The rooms were underwhelming as well ,Go elsewhere you'll thank me later .
We had a great time really nice place to stay kinda central to everything. The rooms at the terraces aren't as good as the ones at the grove resort but still pretty nice for the price really quite almost to the point I thought it was just us on our floor. Definitely had a rough start for are check in we had called ahead for early check-in since are flight arrived super early and it was are honeymoon trip the lady at check in on Friday had no clue what we were talking about almost charged us for early check-in till she seen a note attached to are account I guess we got lucky on that one. We…
In my opinion the hotel is good, very quiet, it smells good, it has a small kitchen, terrace and the water park is great, it has a good location (what I didn't like) they charge you 25 dollars per day for parking, the housekeeper never came to change the towels and they don't pick up the trash

Paid for our room through a 3rd party app which sold us a king studio with terrace that's exactly how its worded we end up with a regular king room with no balcony on top of being charged $140 for a service fee once we arrived never knew about it until we checked in. So had to pay more money than already expected and not even get the room I expected then I asked for the MOD (manager on duty) and was given a run around. Music is BLASTING in the lobby at 1am i can hear it on the 2nd floor halfway down the hallway. Cool place great idea horrible execution. wasn't given any form of reparation or…
New but way over priced. Rooms were ok. The shower was awful. Trying to get shampoo and conditioner out of your hair is a challenge. There is little to no water pressure. The complimentary bath items are trash. Drinks at the bar, good but once again, overpriced. Trying to get bedding for the hideaway was a nightmare. Finally, after 4 trips to the front desk, we found some sitting on the counter and helped ourselves as no one was around. The hottub desperately needed cleaning. We took cups and cleaned most of the dead bugs out. There are 3 options to get to the waterpark. #1 walk. #2 drive and…
I did not like this resort at all. The pool is freezing cold. They charge you for everything absolutely everything here. When I go to check in the price was super high much more than expected because they add a 50 dollar per day resort charge. They don't clean the rooms. They don't bring fresh towels. The sheets were dirty after a few days so I asked them to change it they would have to charge a 50 dollar per night fee. I ordered nachos in the pool and they charged me 20 dollars and brought me a small bag of tostitos and a Tupperware of cheese. There are much better options in Orlando.
First time at the Grove/Terraces, and I was pretty happy. The Terraces are a little further away from the water park, but I don't mind the walk. There's also a golf cart shuttle if you need a lift. The rooms were basically brand new and had no issues. They have a huge shower and a smaller kitchenette in case you're trying to make some food in the room. The price was reasonable, and we were approximately fifteen minutes from Disney. The only downside was check-in. We waited at the Grove to check in, only to be told that we had to check in at the Terraces. More signage when you arrive on the…
