It's residential compound..Mix communities peoples are living here.With good ammonites, play area for kids.,Parking area, club house, party hall , swimming pool,gym etc.facilities are there.If anyone looking for gated compound for living purpose just visit there and inquiry Abt flat.

Perfect families place at town
Pretty nice compound. Has been renovated recently. It's more like a resort type plan. Living in the flats and getting a view like that is just too good. Very peaceful and relaxing if your flat is facing the main area of the compound, especially the swimming pool view. The common plan of all flats is 3 BHK, 3 bathrooms (1 attached in master). There r couple of 4BHK too but very hard to get them. I lived in compound 1 for like 17 years but then shifted to compound 9. Had to shift. Hands down that was the best. Will always will be. Y this rating? - The flats r small and overpriced. For the rent…
✅Comfortable apartments. There is parking, swimming pool, playground and a BBQ seating area (but there is a sign that you cannot do BBQ🤦🏻♂️). ❌- stars for the lack of a football or basketball court. ❌- The gym is very poor. Lack of basic gym equipments and barbells for the back and chest. ❌- Some of security is really rude with abusive communication. 🍸
A wonderful and distinctive view after the maintenance and complete renovation of the complex with all facilities, car parking, spacious and multiple gardens, a large swimming pool, gyms, and a hall for events. Excellent location, close to markets and services
