Proud owner of a LUMA Park Views apartment and it is worth it! It looks so grand and it's in the heart of Dubai! The service from the TOWNX team was very professional and cordial throughout the entire process. There are so many amenities such a gym, pool, my 2 year old niece really loved the kids play area! The available security team and smart door with 4 types of locks made us feel very safe. The maintenance team has a very quick response time as well! Thanks Team TownX

Furthermore, George was so kind to show us the showroom apartment to really give us the feel of living here would be. Overall a 10 out of 10 experience and we will most definitely become residents here.

Luma Park Views at JVC leaves a lasting impression. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt thoughtful and refined.
