My tenure at Pearl St. has come to an end. I've lived here for 3 years and have seen many of my neighbors come and go. I have nothing but great memories living there. The staff and specifically Adrienne have done an amazing job at making me feel welcomed and efficiently solved any needs/ problems that came up. I highly recommend living there if you are wanting to live the city life without the city costs and a property manager that cares!
I thoroughly enjoyed living in my studio apartment for about 2 1/2 years. When I moved in the apartment itself and all the shared amenities were well kept. Adrienne, the office manager, was always lovely to work with and Calvin the maintenance manager was very kind and friendly when coming in to address a work order. Which is a huge positive considering management/maintenance elsewhere can truly make or break your living experience. The pool is nice and never crowded. Today was my last day living here for the last year and a half, and I’m sad to go. Adrienne the lease manager is easily the best building manager I have ever worked with and a lovely person. Cheers to them.
My overall experience with Pearl was positive. Like anywhere, there are pros and cons, but the pros outweigh the cons for me. Pros: Excellent location - very close to downtown nashville and broadway etc. - arguably the best aspect of these apartments. They were pretty affordable. Responsive staff/management, Adrienne would address any concerns in a timely and polite manner. The apartment space itself was fine, nothing to write home about but not bad by any means. Receiving mail was never an issue. Decent pool that usually wasn't crowded in the summer. Parking was never an issue. Cons: Size of…

My husband and I have lived at Pearl Street Flats for close to a year now, and we just renewed our lease for another 12-month term. We love this apartment community. The management, amenities, and apartment homes are top notch. As a full-time graduate student at Vanderbilt, the location of this apartment complex has been such a blessing, as I am less than two miles from campus. Further, the price point of the units are unmatched in the midtown area. I recently moved out of my apartment at Pearl Flats and it was bitter sweet to leave. The location is great and the staff are amazing! Adrienne is always so helpful and communicative when it comes to any questions or concerns. Calvin from maintenance is always so positive and addresses any maintenance concerns in a timely manner. The units are very cozy and intimate and the layout allows you to maximize your space. It is also a great space for students. Overall I had a great experience and would highly recommend for anyone looking to be closer to the city!
I’ve been here about 5 months. This has been a great apartment overall. The management is incredibly kind, helpful, and competent. It’s a new build and very nice. The apartments are small, but efficiently laid so there’s not much wasted space. I love the balcony and have a great view. Inside the apartment my only complaint is the chalk type finish on the paint that causes it to scuff easily. In the building at large, there have been several things not ready as expected (parking gate, mailboxes, pool, elevator, etc.) but management keeps us posted and does what they can to help things get…
Friendliest, most helpful and supportive staff you can find in Nashville! Calm, clean building with great amenities, and friendly neighbors. Location is fantastic and very close to everything including restaurants, gyms, grocery stores and more. Amber was way more than helpful and she created a flawless leasing experience!
