Building management should work on maintaining the outdoor area specially the pool and play area since those area always get dirt. Also note pool is closed since july and not opened over months. Other than that apartment area is really good. Studio has 600sqft which is large compared to other apartments. Less crowded. Pets are allowed even though it is mentioned in the agreement. Make sure driving slower near basement. The drivers parking inside basement really driving fast when come back to ground floor. Also, the rent is higher than the RERA index. Pool is closed since July! We are in November now and the pool still closed! I doubt it will be opened again! Gym is not well maintained!

The pool is closed from july. Pets are allowed eventhough whatever written in the contract nobody is following. Atlease 10 times you will hear fire alarm sound in a week. Building is maintained well but couldn't get rid of the cockroaches. Specially in the kitchen area need to seal the wall tile. Some good lady drivers are there so better drive slower near to basement entrance. Always sales persons will ring the bell and try to sell any products even you have the particular product at home. Not clean building at all Rent is so much expensive for this building Pets are not allowed 🚫 when we sign the contract but after that i found so many pets in this building.
