As a tenant who has lived here for almost three years, I’ve been very happy. Recently, when I encountered some issues, Sayansh and Matthias played a major role in helping us communicate with the management team and the third party partnership between the taylor and the laundry concierage. Thank you both — I truly appreciate your support.
Really happy to have such a great concierge team: Sayansh, Matthias & Alewuya! Sayansh was kind enough to help us throughout a long moving-in day (even after his hours). It is extremely helpful to live in a place where people you see every day are kind and appreciative
We recently moved into The Taylor and had an outstanding experience from start to finish, thanks especially to Carlos and the concierge team — Sayansh, Matthias, and Alewuya. Throughout the leasing process, Carlos was incredibly patient, detailed, and responsive. He answered every one of my many questions clearly and quickly, even outside of regular hours, and he proactively flagged a potential issue in advance so there were no surprises. I love living at The Taylor! The concierge team Sayansh, Mathias, and Alewuya are always friendly and professional. The maintenance team is efficient and kind- when I recently put in a work order, Billy came within a day and handled everything quickly and thoughtfully. The unit itself is really comfortable and well-designed, and the building’s amenities like the gym, pool, sauna, and party rooms are a great bonus. With such a helpful and welcoming team, The Taylor is a fantastic place to call home!

Wonderful experience to live here, excellent and professional managers, concierges, maintenance and securities teams. Especially want to appreciate Nathan helped me to deal with all issues I met. Concierge Mattmas and Sayansh Mohan they are truly kind guys, and helped me a lot.
Alewuya is the best ever!! From the moment I come home to the second I leave, she is the absolutely amazing! Always putting a smile on my face and creating the most peaceful environment. Her energy is contagious, and it’s so beautiful to see how she has created such strong bonds with all the residents! I truly love coming home and seeing her at the front! She is the best!
Honestly, one of the best spots to live in the city. The apartments have amazing views and really nice layouts. The concierge team is awesome, especially Matthias, Carlos, and Alewuya, super helpful and professional. The amenities are great, everything’s really well designed and taken care of. There’s also a really nice community vibe here, which is perfect if you’re looking to meet people and feel part of something.
Best building I have ever lived in. The concierge - Alewuya, Mathias, and Pratab - are so friendly, and they always brighten my day. The build quality is great - I can never hear my neighbors. The rooftop pool and gym are gems.
