I went to Sucre in this complex. The service was excellent.
Lots of cool business in this location, good place for dinner, coffee or drinks.
Nice space but 2 bike racks (which were already full) while under construction for the entire complex.
Beautiful place with great amenities, shared spaces and a growing number of available services. The condos have such amazing views and floorplans and it's a friendly community!

Great location. The building is so beautiful and gives such a welcoming feel. The Square one coffee shop and Human Integrated Performance are my favourite businesses in the area!
Horrible reception. Lady at the receptipn jusy keep stalling us and made us wait for our site supervisor we ended up doing the same thing with a time delay and stress.
We came to work night shift the lady at the reception made us feel like we are not welcome. She gave us attitude like I’m finishing in few minutes you can come back in your business hours and then told us she is going to report us and made us wait outside of the building. Few minutes after she let us in with apologies. Me and my colleagues now thinks this building is not welcoming and expect attitude and rude people when we come.
Horrible hospitality unfriendly staff. I came to do a work at commercial space lady next door at reception acted like she owns the place. Mostly rude and arrogant. Person in the reception is the face of the menagement and so far my impression is really bad.
