I showed up at The Vivian a couple days before my scheduled tour hoping I could get a look at their apartments while I was in town (moving to CLT from out of town). Danielle graciously showed my family and I in town and has incredible attention to detail and observes well. She happily took us around and showed us all the apartment features. Her level of detail and kindness is going to take her far in the industry. While the apartment for the size is not what I was looking for, I will certainly keep The Vivian and Danielle in mind in the future.

My move to The Vivian Luxury Apartments has been incredibly smooth and stress-free. The leasing office staff and the entire building team — maintenance, cleaning crew, and concierge — have all been very professional, friendly, and responsive. They’ve been quick to answer questions and very attentive throughout the move-in process. Since the building is brand new, there have been a few minor hiccups with systems like fobs and parking, which is to be expected. However, everything was handled quickly and efficiently, making the move-in experience seamless. Even with some construction still…

Had a truly exceptional experience touring the Vivian today. This community is a game changer offering high class amenities and spectacular homes to live in. If you’re in a market for a new home located in a prime area right next to uptown / south end go take a tour. Great friendly staff too!
