Customer service is definitely a strong point of this company. The staff are very helpful, polite, and genuinely willing to assist. I had a particularly pleasant experience with Aoibhe and Maeve, who were always friendly, responsive, and proactive in trying to resolve my issues. Communicating with them was easy and reassuring. The only downside is the top-up app, which is unfortunately incomplete and has many performance issues, often causing unnecessary inconvenience. I am sure if the app works better, the customer service would be less busy. Average charges are higher than other companies…

I will say it as it is. Pinergy is a scam. If you don't care about money, then you'll be okay with them. Last year I have spent more than 1k on electricity for just heating water and cooking, average consumption per day of 6 kilowatts. With all of their taxes and bs, 1k EUR for 6kw of usage on average per day. I moved to another provider, and honestly my consumption went up at least X2, but my bills are 3-4x lower. The worst electricity supplier company ever. The most expensive electricity in the market but there is no service. Our electricity cut off for no reason. My Pienergy account does not work. I am keep calling costumer service nobody pick up the phone

Worst company charging estimated bills on smart meter doesn't resolve issues when ringing and chasing them from months to resolve login app issue. No star Liers tells you that we called you out supervisors are busy non sense all together

Pinergy is way too expensive. I've been overcharged multiple times and their customer service is listening and answering your questions but is damn expensive electricity with overcharging too much ,for instance 8.56kw they charged 13.69 euro one day. One bed studio and only one person can you imagine?

Avoid Avoid .Have not processed government refund yet despite numerous calls .Have over 600 euros in credit in account but they still wont refund despite numerous phone calls over past six months. Ridiculous usage estimations which are taken from account immediately but refunds cant be processed .Thief's on a par with eir as the worst company I ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I’ve had a terrible experience with Pinergy. Their prices are extremely high, and to make matters worse, they started double charging me even after I switched to another vendor. Their customer support is the worst I’ve ever encountered – unhelpful and unresponsive. I’m still paying dual bills after the switch. Avoid at all costs!

If there was a 0 for rating, I would have put that. Super super super expensive!!! $$$$$$ Had 2 wall heaters to warm the apartment over night during winter, one in the hallway, the other in the living room = woke up at 7am to 12.34 euros already taken from the balance. Per DAY I'm paying 20 euros. PER DAY to keep myself warm and the bare necessities!! Thats around 600 EUROS A MONTH. Lack of sleep and stress from this for the past few days, switched over to another electric company. It says my balance of 67 euros will only last me 4 days. Thats laughable.
