I absolutely love living here! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, and they truly make it feel like home every time you walk in. The building is beautiful, the units are modern with full-size appliances and in-unit washer and dryer, and the location in West Loop couldn’t be better. The only downside is that common spaces/amenities have a two-guest limit (though you can host more in your own unit), which can be a little restrictive at times. Overall, though, I’d still give this place a 10/10 and highly recommend it!
I absolutely love the Dylan! The layout is beautifull & well thought out on each floor! The staff is simply awesome and accommodating! Any concerns I’ve had Ryan has always found a solution and Kyle hass been extremely helpful! The main staff is incredible from Takisha, who is the best she has always been extremely pleasant in great spirits and top knotch professional but so accommodating to myself, my children and my guest! Both the front desk staff and maintenance team have been super helpful and friendly. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years now and it’s been great. The amenities are beautiful and the apartment itself is everything I was looking for (in unit washer/dryer, walk in closet). The train is also easily accessible and there’s so much to do around you. Overall, it’s the perfect location and I’ve met some of the nicest staff and neighbors.
The front desk team is always helpful and so welcoming, especially Takisha who greets everyone with a warm smile. Ryan and the management team do a great job of keeping us updated with the latest events in the community. The location is unbeatable with easy access to some of the best restaurants in the city. And the views are absolutely unmatched. Living here has been an excellent experience.

I love living at the Dylan. I toured several buildings before finding this one and it was a perfect fit. Lots of natural light, the staff is amazing including our front desk staff Takisha Neil is like coming home to your family every single day. I would definitely live here again and recommend it to others.
Living here has been such a positive experience thanks to the amazing staff. Takisha at the front desk is always warm and welcoming, the maintenance team is quick and dependable whenever something comes up, and Ryan, the building manager, is consistently friendly and approachable. Their professionalism and kindness make the building feel like home.
I recently moved into The Dylan and have been impressed so far. The building offers all the expected amenities, and the management and concierge staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism and helpfulness. Before moving in, I was concerned about potential noise from Federales and the nearby train, but the unit has been surprisingly quiet, and neither has been a disturbance.
Living at the Dylan has been a true treat! From management to the front desk and the amenities - everything is truly top notch. It’s my first time in a highrise and I was concerned about what the package room situation would look like. The front desk really puts in the care to label all packages and put them in the proper spot. The location couldn’t be any better, where there are so many coffee spots within the block, some of the best food Chicago has to offer with tons of workout places nearby.
