The admin of this condo is very strict. Our booking was for 5 people, but only 4 of us were able to provide IDs. We arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m., and even with the situation, they didn’t allow any consideration for our companion who couldn’t provide an ID to stay in the room with us. In the end, that companion had to book a separate hotel. Every item you bring inside has to be monitored, and they even take pictures of you to make sure those are your belongings. Our check-out time was 12 p.m., but by 11 a.m. they were already knocking and asking if we were leaving. And another issue, leaving…
worst condo ever
First of all, the condo is very low-end. The people working there are extortionists and scammers. We paid four months in advance and a two-month deposit, but we didn’t like the area and moved to DMCI, so we didn’t pay the two months’ rent. Now that we’re moving out, we can’t take out our appliances because they say Federal Land already owns them. They’re real scammers—how can it be that after you’ve paid four months in advance, they still take your belongings? What kind of developer does that? Federal Land is a huge red flag.
The prices of this condo is questionable. First the staffs are very unwelcoming. Second the place is very high cost but the place it self is not. If you want to have a real life nightmare visit this place

Worst admin They will bill you twice they dont know how to record payments properly, they dont assist very well they wont help tenant to print out some requirements even they have printers and all, and even they have soft copy they will asked for hard copy so that they have excuse not to help you with your concern, officers in the admin even they are wrong they wont apologize, feels like they are higher than those people who live in the condo. They wont even smile, this is the main reason why we chose to leave we are moving out one by one they dont have pest control we live here together with…
This is a very unwelcoming apartment for visitors. Non-residents are not allowed to enter after 10pm and until 6am. People who live here must control their time with friends and evening entertainment according to the property rules. I will not recommend this apartment to friends anymore. It has a big impact on my personal life.
Home sweet home for me and my family. Its close to MOA, airport, city center what more can you ask for? 🙂
