Short stay here but I had a wonderful experience! Quiet area surrounded by water and an amazing view from the rooftop restaurant/bar, IKKA. Hotel and restaurant staff were all courteous and made my stay enjoyable and relaxing! Will definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
My dad was staying at the hotel - his room had a broken coffee machine, broken TV remote, broken shower and then one morning there was no electricity. The food in Eunoia took too long to be cooked - had to wait 50 mins for a steak and it arrived cold. Overall all the food ordered was subpar. Instead of fixing the issue inside the hotel, they focus their energy on chasing visitors for their ID. For a five star hotel, this was a disappointment. Not booking again.
I stayed at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai for over 190 days in 2025, and I want to sincerely thank the entire team for making it feel like a second home. Terrible noise from night club next door, we had to ask for a quieter room to move to at 1am in order to get some sleep.||There is a nightclub with an open roof on the east end of the hotel toward the city which plays very loud music until 3am, making it impossible to sleep in a room on that side of the hotel.||Hotel management is aware but seems unable to stop/reduce the noise and yet also insists on renting out the affected rooms overlooking this club.||It’s a nice hotel otherwise, if you stay here you must insist that they do not give you a room at the east end of the building. Nice hotel but serious issue with thumping music until 3am from night club next door, which makes it impossible to sleep in rooms facing east. Rooms on the west side are ok. Management is aware but seems unable to get the club to stop/reduce the noise and insists on renting out the rooms on that side of the hotel even though they are uninhabitable due to the noise. They could also make guests aware of this and give them a choice at check-in, but they don’t. We have just had a really happy 6-day Christmas holiday here. The staff in all departments were outstanding. There was confusion upon our arrival about the hotel room we had booked, Lilly, the Assistant Manager sorted out the problem without any fuss. She and the rest of the staff were charming throughout our visit. We loved the roof terrace bar and restaurant. The views are beautiful and the food in both restaurants was of a high quality. We had a very pleasant stay. The food was delicious and of very high quality in both restaurants. Santosh and Kushan, the two restaurant staff members, were particularly kind, friendly, and accommodating. It was clear they enjoyed their work and had a great deal of experience. I can happily confirm that we would love to come back again to drink the La Rouge. (Santosh's recommendation and explanation of the ingredients were excellent – thank you!) Till the next time❤️
Had amazing experience staying at Hyatt Centric, Jumeirah. After checking in, we were welcomed by wonderful Burj Khalifa from room balcony. Breakfast also was served in facility where we can enjoy food with amazing sea view. Check-in experience was smooth and hassle free, well taken care by Kiu and Yogesh. I was overwhelmed by their warm gesture, Kiu provided blanket on arrival while check-in as ac temp was low to my wife, Yogesh explained very well all amenities and how to use it clearly.
