Very honest and sincere team: I highly appreciate Mr Karim, who generally works in Swimming Pool area and Parking area. Today, I lost my wallet containing IDs, Debit card, Credit cards and Currencies in Parking area unknowingly. I got call from Reception in the morning after reaching office about handing over of my wallet to them. I was not even aware of loosing wallet. I highly appreciate high integrity and honest person Karim for his wonderful act. I also appreciate Fontana Suites management for creating positive environment to promote such behavior. I wish wonderful future for Karim. Kudos…

I tried addressing them directly with management—while they were attentive to my concerns, unfortunately, no effective action was taken. 1. Utility Bills: I was out of the country for an entire month and had set all AC units to 25°C, with no lights used during that period. Despite this, my utility bill was exactly the same as usual. When I raised the issue, management conducted a full inspection but ultimately concluded that everything was…
I’m extremely happy with the housekeeping services provided by Madam Sakuntala. She is truly exceptional at her work — always punctual, polite, and incredibly thorough. What stands out most is her attention to detail — she doesn't just clean, she takes care of every corner like it's her own home. From the floors to the furniture, kitchen to washrooms, everything is left shining and in perfect order. She works quietly, respectfully, and with a positive attitude. It's rare to find someone so…
