I had such a wonderful experience speaking with Nyai at the front desk of the Luminary Hotel in Fort Myers. She was absolutely amazing in helping me edit my reservation and making sure my upcoming stay was confirmed properly and exactly as needed. Amazing place! Came to talk shop about business, first Andrew from the valet team was quick and efficient, which I appreciated immensely. Elennis who was our server and the beacon was extremely responsive and quick to help us. Though it was a chilly night, she was able to turn on the heaters as we ate and enjoy our time. Lastly she gave us complimentary mocktail mojitos to finish the night. This is the kind of hospitality I love!

Definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve visited in Florida. Came to this hotel for a best friends wedding. The rooms were spotless and the customer service was excellent. All of the bars and restaurants are within walking distance of the hotel which is GREAT. The room service was fast and precise. The valet has your car ready for pick up in less that 4 minutes(Yes I timed them lol) A truly OUTSTANDING experience
Exquisite hotel with well furnished rooms and a top notch mini bar. Valet parking and check in were effortless. There are a few good restaurants, bar, and coffee shop options. The rooftop bar was very nice. The hotel is also within walking distance of several great bars and restaurants. For business travelers, there is a conference center right next door. I would definitely stay here again — for business or pleasure.||Pro Tip: Even if you check in on your phone and secure a mobile key, you’ll still need to check in at the front desk so that your key can be granted elevator access.
Positive: the bar in the lobby and the balcony on the room Negative: Pool was closed for a private event and didn't open until 4pm. It was very loud at night due to a club or something nearby. I saw that you supply earplugs however, I was apprehensive to use them in case there was a fire or another emergency.
