Olivz Residence presents itself as a modern and premium residential building, but the actual living experience does not match this image. Tenants face recurring issues that should not exist in a property with high rental rates. Rent increases annually without transparent justification, while maintenance quality continues to decline. Repairs inside apartments are often delayed, incomplete, or ineffective. Even with careful use, essential elements such as sliding doors, alarms, and fittings frequently malfunction. The past 15 months, there was only 1 week when all the elevators worked in Block 1. At least 1, if not all 3 are under maintenance at most times. The building was opened in 2024. The fact that it has to be closed for maintenance says a lot about the quality of Danube properties. And don't get me started on the 10+ fire alarms on a daily basis, even in the middle of a night. God forbid, a real fire happens, who would care? Walls are cracking and leaking, trash in basement all over, cockroaches...
The lifts in the building have not been working properly, and maintenance has been ongoing for the last few months without any noticeable improvement. Additionally, there is a frequent bad smell coming from the balconies, especially in the mornings, which makes it difficult to sit outside. We request that these issues be resolved as soon as possible for the comfort of all residents.
If you have any plans of renting or buying a property from Olivz, be aware of the block3, the fifth floor. I’d point it out it’s the room 510. You would probably suffer from some family, which is extremely noisy and without any politeness. The kids will be running and shouting at 6:30 in the morning in the corridor and both the parents and the kids will be shouting at night some days after 11pm. The parents are lack of education and have the excuses that “they’re just the kids”. So what? But you’re the ADULTS. I’ve been living in this community for 1 year, As the most expensive community in Internation city, unfortunately the experience has been quite disappointing. 1. The property management and service staff changes almost every two months. Every time new staff arrive, residents have to repeat the same explanations again and again. What’s worse, most of them CAN NOT understand even the most basic English, which leads to constant miscommunication, wasted time, and a noticeably poor living experience. 2. Absolutely very very poor living conditions! This building is a complete joke. They start construction at 6 AM sharp every single morning and don’t stop until 6 PM. And they will start again at 20:00pm and stop at 22:00pm Non-stop drilling, banging, and hammering — it’s like living inside a war zone. How the hell are people supposed to sleep or rest? We are paying insanely high rent for what? To be tortured with noise all day long? The management doesn’t care at all . They take the money and ignore the tenants.
