Village Centre at Westman Village

The front disk at the village center fell short of expectations. Constantly malfunctioning and unreliable. Poor quality customer service, not professional, I don’t know why some people show that much negative attitude, and also I would never want to visit there again and face her negativity attitude.

Lets be honest everyone. This is not a 5 star place. The facilities, restaurants along with village staff are solid. However the rental units are not what they are made out to be. Cleanliness is becoming worse by the day. Dogs are everywhere including a dog babysitting service not registered. Thats not the problem though. Simco collects extra money but does not followup on extra cleaning. The dog pee areas smell disgusting. Even dogs cannot handle it, so some pee on the concrete now. Staff are really great. They do their best to help you with whatever you need in a prompt and friendly manner. They are extremely patient with the residents and make it a pleasure to visit.

The staff is friendly but seem fake . I live here with my 2 daughters and I needed to work, asked if my 17yr old niece could take them to use the amenities and I was denied because my niece doesn’t live here….
