We went to Cortland at ChampionsGate to get a head start in viewing units as our lease will be up in March at our current location. The staff were busy the day we went however every single staff member including the maintenance staff checked in us to ensure someone had spoken to us and we weren’t just waiting there. That doesn’t happen often and I was blown away by that level our service. We were assisted by the property manager Jeanie who was in my opinion phenomenal. I lived in this community for almost two years and only moved because I wanted to be closer to my son’s workplace. I would like to tell new residents that I highly recommend Cortland at Champions Gate for its safety, amazing amenities, and overall great environment. I never had any problems during my stay. Joi Portee, the manager, is a wonderful and friendly person who is always willing to help—thank you so much for everything! The maintenance team is fantastic as well, always quick to respond and very professional. I will truly miss you all!
My move in was really smooth. My apartment is in great condition. Every worker I came across was super sweet. Marcos assisted me with any questions I had and showed me how to utilize everything. I am so excited to make this my new home!
Will is extremely kind and helpful. Our move-in orientation with him was quick and efficient and he answered all of our questions and made us feel at home. We are excited to be residents of this beautiful property.

UPDATE: It is refreshing to see that “REAL” photos have replaced the previous computer generated ones. Hopefully things are looking up. REAL PHOTOS VERSES WEBSITE PHOTOS! Please see photos attached and you decide. Do not be deceived! We moved here in November 2022. We were told that the amenities would be open by April of 2023. It is now March of 2024 and there are NO amenities open. (Gym finally opened a couple weeks ago) Even the outside grill has a lock on it and cannot be used. Beautiful apartments tucked away in an urban oasis! Nearby to shopping, restaurants and close by to all of Orlando’s theme parks. The modern apartment homes have spacious kitchens and bathrooms, with granite countertop throughout. A lot of thought went into the little details. I also found the office staff to be super helpful, with both Brandon and Susan being very polite and professional in assisting my needs.
I recently moved to cortland champions gate newly built apartments and let me tell you this is another level of luxury! I’ve lived in several apartments in this area and cortland tops all of them from the spacious living room, stainless steel everything and bathroom of my dreams! Adore my friendly neighbors Oh and sunsets from my balcony are so dreamy! if you want to impress your family and friends this is definitely the place to be! My parents and friends enjoy coming over just to take pictures of my place. The location is perfect everything is close by! The entire staff is always helpful…
We LOVE it here! Heather, Marcos, and Brittany have been so helpful and responsive and not just during the lease signing and moving process. They really make themselves available for the residents. The units are gorgeous and the ceilings are incredibly high. My wife and I work from home and we pinch ourselves everytime we walk in. Our cats love it here too 😁
