I spent four months trying to get the correct equipment from another vendor. The first item arrived broken and was the wrong product. Weeks later, the second shipment also turned out to be incorrect. I was getting desperate because I really needed this medical equipment for my practice. I ended up doing a Google search for the item and found MFI Medical. Don't use the pay later option they connect you with a shady company that only accepts debit cards for unknown reason which sounds very fraudy to me. No cash check any type of credit card not certified check ONLY your bank account debit card. I did not reecive a referral to a third party financing but I was directed to affirm not knowing that they only take bank cards and not any other type of payment including cash, check, certified check, coins, any credit cards, absolutely no other type of payment other than my bank account debit card which i will not give them. Affordable healthcare item at affordable price allows this veteran to remain living in home while inflation eats away at every opportunity. My experience was Excellent! After placing my order for much needed items being shipped on ahead of my visit north, I realized I gave wrong ship-to address. After berating myself frantically, I got down to business contacting MFI emails and texts. After 3hour time difference, I was contacted by a calm, pleasant MFI agent, who listened to mix-up I caused.
