My experience with Paseos at Ontario has been exceptional from start to finish. I applied on January 16th and officially moved in on February 19th, and throughout that entire process, Mycal delivered a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations. When my move-in needed to be postponed (for reasons unrelated to management or maintenance), he personally reached out to ensure the delay would not negatively impact me. I moved in just a couple of months ago and so far most staff have been awesome. Mychal in Leasing is phenomenal and Angel who has been assigned to repair some items in my unit has been extremely professional and patient with my requests. The maintenance staff that upkeep the shared areas like the elevators, walk ways, community rooms, etc are top notch. The positives outway the minor hiccups I've encountered.
Amazing, easy, helpful, charming, lovely way to start a new home, all our process was amazing thanks to Mychal Ochoa, he is GREAT and PASSIONATE about his job, is hard to find directly contact with staff nowadays!. The amenities are great, peaceful, resort vibes and absolutely clean. So far everything has been great!
I’ve Been trying to move here for a year and a half and I FINALLY got here! Everything aligned as it was supposed to , on Gods timing ! We lived there for about 3 years. I think the place was overall okay. Good amenities. Only the smell of weed was off putting. Every time I left my apartment, bombared with the smell of weed. I couldn't even leave my slider open because how bad it was. Now I have a new problem. We moved out at the end of July and it's been a trouble getting our deposit back. Let me start by saying that we had removed a roomate from our lease. Did the paperwork and everything. You think that would be enough. Good riddance! These “luxury apartments” are laughably overpriced. The air conditioning intake in their multi room units are located in one of your main bedrooms which means that the moment you turn on your AC unit your bedroom sounds like theres a jet engine running in it. The appliances are awfully cheap and break often. The floors are all uneven and the hallways smell like dog piss. There are always trash bags scattered about the hallways, which attract roaches. The pools are always crowded and the bbq’s never work. And they have the audacity to charge you luxury prices. These should be…
I recently moved into Paseos Ontario and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The community is clean, beautiful, and truly has a peaceful, resort-style vibe. From the moment I arrived, Velia was incredibly helpful—both during the move-in process and even after I got settled. Her support made the transition so smooth! My family and I moved here last June and we are very happy with our experience here so far. This has been the best place we have ever lived. Move in can be tricky due to the fact the building are brand new you have to call to get certified gas technician out to turn it on. This depends solely on the Gas companies availability. So the stove heat and dryer took two weeks to get on in the meantime my family and I used the Showers I the Gym and make our meals in the microwave the grills and in my instapot.
