Management should find a better solution to expedite visitor registration. It take long time to register to go up to the office in this Saturday afternoon. In front of me more than 8 pax. Behind me there is another 7 pax and visitors keep coming to join the queue.
Rooftop pool - Please replace all your sun bed at the pool. Used to have 4 but now left 1 and it is also broken. Best to have 4 sun bed pool like before.
Had a really bad experience with the lady receptionist, asked her for directions and showed her my phone for reference. She proceeded to only point to the direction of the directory and ask to check if its there. When we replied that we know the level, she replied with "if you know why do you have to ask me.." and instructed us to sign off in an unfriendly manner. Really disappointed with such service, especially when we were rushing to our venue.

Nice place and very quiet. Many shops in this building. There's plenty of eating place here also. Ample parking space in carpark.

Hopeless and ridiculous building setting. Came over to go to one of their tenant but intercom system is faulty making the access truly inconvenient. Called for assistance on the intercom button, the staff who respond tried to send for assistance but took such a long time. Finally the unit we wanted to visit answered our call.
