This is the best community in Dubai, Deyaar is just top quality
Area is nice. Management portal is a joke, you spend 3 hours to fill the form to move in your things. They never tried to do it themselves.
This place is a dream come true! It offers a serene atmosphere and boasts fantastic amenities like a pool, tennis and basketball courts, and a gym. It's the perfect place to live if you want convenience and tranquility
I like Midtown. It's really in the middle of everything and everywhere is on ~ 20 minutes everything !! 😊 which made me laugh at first, and at the same is peaceful, and these flowers 🌺. Is nice that the buildings are not too high, and are placed in such a way as "talking" to each other, many kids are playing, in the fields inside. We had a problem of smoking coming to our apartment through a neighbour apartment AC, we raised a complain to management to fix it, the problem was not solved for few months, despite calling them every day , unfortunately, problem still there. We have children and health issues, all management community and security guards kept saying it is out of their control. Not only chiller is expensive but has lot of technical issues, and we have to manage by ourselves. very POOR assistance and management of community. The buildings are of low quality, water damage on wall, low quality fittings, the sound installation is so poor you can hear the conversations in the next apartment. The rooms are very very small. One bedroom has only a single two door wardrobe which is not sufficient at all. The community management is very arrogant. The only plus is the play area and that's why all the brokers spend time showing the common area and least amount of time in the apartment itself. Not worth the rent and high service fee and chiller cost.
