David the concierge is too busy in people’s business. All he does is gossip and when you ask for help he won’t help.
Air conditioner never working. Concierge said the AC is on. But they didn’t turn on everyday. The unit can go up to 26-28°C, fake control in the unit. And terrible service by the concierge’s Mr. john boyd. (Other staff, especially David is great)
I am a homeowner at Joyce and there was numerous deficiencies in my unit. Door stoppers breaking immediately after warranty date had passed and tempered glass with cracks on the edge leading to leaks in my shower are just the tip of the iceberg. I've heard the upper units have a disgusting smell due to a malfunction, elevators are constantly down, intercom is always down. I tried to contact customer care to ask where I could find some of the parts that they used so I could fix the deficiencies and was basically told to kick rocks. If you want a developer who cuts corners then go for it but I…

Nice place. good location. close to skytrain but not noisy at all. upper floors get excellent view. You cant ask for more. Well...rent is high tho.
Nice place to live except neighbor playing music loud and playing drum. and you have nothing to do about it
