I had such a great experience working with Paola Nemtala at Soho Square with Megatel Homes! She was awesome to work with—super professional, responsive, and collaborative. Because of her, I was able to negotiate a fantastic deal for my client, and my lender was able to lock in an amazing interest rate and we were able to close in less than 30 days. Paola made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The community itself is also so exciting, with incredible amenities coming that will make it even more desirable. I truly appreciate her partnership and look forward to working together again!

I live in this community and I can say that my experience has been nothing but pleasant. The community is safe to live in, it is close to all the excitements and pleasantries that Downtown Dallas has to offer such as museums, zoo, restaurants, beautiful skyline views, and easy roads access to i75 and i30 so, I can easily get around. The airports are very close by too. I am glad I bought in this community. Since I moved here, quality of life experiences has improved because of quick and easy access to variety of nice restaurants and entertainments in nearby Downtown Dallas. The community also…

I just had the pleasure of visiting a beautiful community built by Megatell Homes. Paula, the sales agent, gave us a full tour of the property and was incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable throughout. The community features excellent amenities, including a lovely pool and well-maintained facilities. Plus, the location is ideal—conveniently close to both uptown and downtown. Overall, a great experience!
Just toured a beautiful new community and was truly impressed! The homes offer modern finishes, open and bright layouts, and a peaceful neighborhood vibe. It’s in a great location too — close to shopping, dining, and schools. Shoutout to Paula, the sales agent on-site, for being so welcoming and informative. She really took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something fresh and move-in ready!
Things break all the time here and do not get repaired. Like hot tub, doors, bowling alley. Also many homes currently have water damage as the have leaky roofs and windows. AC units poorly designed inside coves in the building allow no air flow for unit. Lagoon articles promised completion years ago. Not even started. Only reason I post this is that I saw new potential buyers getting shown around. Hope they know what they are getting into. Pictures are of homes with tarps due water leaks and damage. This community is going to be awesome once the lagoon is completed. Several homes were available with no wait list (estimated completion later this year). Nice designer finishes throughout, priced competitively for the area. Sales rep was very friendly and the final product looks great! Video tour of model available on my Instagram!
