My experience with ORA Development has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I purchased an apartment in the SOLANA project in November 2024, and up until today, I have not received the apartment contracts. For more than a year, I have made countless phone calls and submitted multiple complaints to customer service, yet no action or clear response has been taken. Despite this, I have been fully committed to paying all cheques and financial obligations on time, in full compliance with the contract terms from my side. More than a year of complete lack of response reflects a serious lack…
Trust me, they’re horrible. They don’t care about their clients, and their customer service is terrible. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone. They’ll leave you to figure everything out on your own. Their billing system is a mess, and customer service is just as bad. You’ll end up chasing them just to make a simple payment.
Beware international investors! My experience with Ora Development has been extremely disappointing. The unit was delivered late, and the payment schedule was structured in a way that can only be described as misleading. One installment was identical to the maintenance fee, deliberately placed in a way that it looks like one payment. No one notified me that this was being treated as a missed payment, and an entire year later I was suddenly told I owed over $10,000 (475,000) in penalties and interest. To be honest, it feels intentionally designed to trap clients and generate extra income…
I have a better chance at seeing God than reaching anyone in charge! Terrible customer service. They are quick to sell and vanish when you need them later. I hope the CEO and/or Chairman sees my review and get my problem resolved

Impossible to reach, unbelievable lies. Just after money and don’t follow through. Not worth investing in. No one does their job, they talk a great talk but that’s it! Unorganized and a great scam.
Terrible! I bought a unit in zed west , they give fake delivery dates. Delivery date was in September 2023 , they stated in contract one year grace period, but now it’s 1 year and 6 month and they still want us to pay on time and no compensation for the delay. Although few month back they promised to compensate. But unfortunately everything is fake.
They are spending money or unreal life while they are behind the delivery time by 2 years now> Spoke to several people and they did not even care about the feedback. They will go down faster than they grew.
