On our first steps to leasing, so far so good. John was at the front door to meet us and soon we were touring the beautiful new property with Kayla. She was friendly and well informed. After we decided on a floorplan Kayla helped us through the application process with great patience. Although the cost was slightly above the normal going rates for application fees and administration fees, but this is a luxury high rise and new, so kinda of expected. We are awaiting our lease to come through doc sign, and then will work through the move in process next. I will post along the way and add…
Kayla and the staff at 1 Riva Row always take care of the residents. I am loving living here and I highly recommend it.
We were early move-ins and had the normal sorts of issues you'd find with new construction. Felipe (maintenance supervisor) has been excellent in quickly addressing all our issues. Thank you for all you do!
Kayla delivered an exclusive and luxurious tour experience today! Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly polished she made the showing very elevated. Highly recommend!

Leasing Professional Taylor Hill was absolutely spectacular. She was very kind and passionate about finding me the right unit to call home. She answered every single question I had asked perfectly during my tour at one of the gorgeous units. I am super excited that I will be moving to this beautiful community next month! I highly recommend booking a tour at 1 Riva Row and please request Taylor as she will go over everything you need to know about this breathtaking property here at the heart of the Woodlands!
Felipe did an amazing job servicing me. He truly went above and beyond in making sure everything is perfect. Five Stars!
Wonderful property and customer service. All of the team members are professional and have provided first-class service (Christen, Felipe, Brooke, Destin, Kayla, Kiara, and Yusuf). Would highly recommend!
