Where do I start… This was my first time in PCB and it was truly one for the books. It was the atmosphere that I didn’t even know I needed. The hotel as a whole was nothing short of amazing. The balcony room with the beautiful view. The food and drinks were very good. I really came on here to speak about Thomas and Graham. Thank you Thomas for the time we spent at the bar with you.The laughter was needed. Thank you Graham for your patience when we checked out. You made sure that we left there satisfied and we appreciate that. This will definitely be our choice when we need a close getaway…
I had the pleasure of spending a full week at Hotel Indigo Panama City Marina, and it is by far one of the nicest Hotel Indigos I’ve ever stayed at. The property is spotless, beautifully maintained, and the attention to detail really stands out from the moment you walk in. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive — a special shoutout to Amanda at Tarpon's for breakfast. She is amazing, welcoming, and always has a smile that starts your morning off right. Absolutely amazing! I had high hopes already because of the reviews, but they did not disappoint. Cory up front was so accommodating and helpful, in the restaurant, I think his name was Thomas? I am sorry if I got that wrong, but he was amazing as well! Rooms were so clean! (I am a germaphobe and bring my Clorox wipes everywhere, but I did not feel the need to use them here.) My only complaint was that we could not sleep because we were not comfortable, but that was because our toddler took up the whole queen bed while sleeping in between us. So definitely not the hotels fault. I do wish it…
Absolutely stunning hotel. Very comfortable and updated rooms with upscale furnishings. Very, Very clean. Even the elevators are spotless and they smell good. They go above and beyond here to keep everything in tip top shape and it shows. We are very glad we chose this hotel while in the area.

Keelee did a wonderful job welcoming us and recognizing our Platinum status. She upgraded us to a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the bay, which was a great touch. The hotel is new and feels clean, modern, and fresh throughout. The bathroom was especially nice, with a wide sink and plenty of counter space to actually put your things down something that’s surprisingly rare and much appreciated. We genuinely enjoy this hotel, and it’s disappointing to have to leave a negative review. However, I want to be honest and transparent about our experience. Had we known a wedding was scheduled during our stay, we would not have booked this trip. Both nights, the main restaurant and bar on the ground floor were closed for private wedding events. Guests were directed to an alternative restaurant/bar on the 5th floor, which was completely overwhelmed. I personally waited in line for approximately 45 minutes and was never even able to place an order due to the volume of people and the limited…
Stayed for three nights. Clean, quiet and nicey updated decor. The room was lovely, comfy bed and modern shower. Bay view was so beautiful at sunset. Easy checkin and checkout. Had the breakfast for two upgrade. Portions were huge and tasted amazing. Arianna took great care of us every morning, very kind and checked on us often for coffee. Plenty of parking.
Positive: The professionalism of the staff was exemplary, showing attentiveness, courtesy, and respect. The entire property displayed Impeccable cleanliness. The bedding's luxurious comfort ensured a restful sleep. Negative: The only minor drawbacks were the absence of a microwave to accompany the fridge in the room and the lack of a complimentary breakfast offering.
