Lazzy people works here nobody cares about your appointment time more than 3 hours on dock already pass my check out time Poor management
We attended the warehouse's Family Day event with our petting zoo. All of the management and staff were both professional and friendly. Fantastic group of people, and an impressive operation!
Truckers, try by any means avoid delivering to this location, they are unorganised and don’t care about your time..They are rejecting loads coming in early by 30min from the appointment time and after coming back they will tell you get another appointment reference and so on. You will feel that the main goal in this location is to find reasons for rejecting loads coming in.
Poor service specially receiving you need to ring bell 100 times to ask for paperwork. I had appointment at 8 and i came 2 hours early they didn’t let me check in as they said you can only checkin before 30 min of your appointment as its live load. When i checkin at 7.30 and park my trailer at dock and i said i have another load after 2 hours let me know if you can unload my trailer as i need my trailer. They took 4 hours to unload my trailer there is no any other trailer at that time it was just me and there are 3 to 4 forklift drivers doing nothing their supervisor also ignore the ring and…

Receiving department is really worse. These guys don't care about the appointment time. Usually unload in 4 to 7 hours

I have loaded a video of your driver that came to 2 and 19 Marsh Dr Belleville throwing packages on delivery then drives out of a area with tons of kids speeding and he was using a rental truck U-Haul to be exact at 403 pm today hope their packages aren't wrecked what a shame
