Update: Incense burning has become almost a daily occurrence. It feels absolutely suffocating. I had to stay at a local hotel and I sought medical attention for my symptoms associated with the smoke. I was prescribed 4 new medications, including an inhaler. Unfortunately, I'm not in a position to move due to mobility issues. The location of St. Andrie is truly perfection and a highlight of living here. Phenomenal staff and community! Any issue, concern, or request you may have, they address it immediately! Property is always clean and well-kept. Great security. On another note, Tiffany was really helpful with my move-in process. Her attention to detail and willingness to help really stood out!
Hands down best place I’ve ever lived. Management is wonderful! They’re super responsive and helpful. The apartments themselves are beautiful and high quality. Living on top of HEB is also great. Would highly recommend!
Love this apartment soooo much!! Not only are the amenities clean, up to date, but you live on top of an amazing HEB store. The staff is sooo great and helpful and have quick response to any issues. Love that they host so many events for the residents 💕can’t say enough good things about this place.

We have absolutely loved being here. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They are always willing to answer any questions or fill any requests that have come up. Additionally, they have made the community here feel like home. Specifically, Tiffany says hello to everyone she sees and has worked to put on some really great events. Our favorites have been trivia and the pool party! I would recommend living here to anyone, it’s been such a great experience.
Our experience has been nothing short of amazing. The entire leasing office goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and important. They regularly host community events as a 'thank you' to the residents, and ensure they are family friendly and inclusive! Our concierge, Nate, is a delightful ray of sunshine - whenever we cross paths, it's a guarantee we'll leave with a smile on our faces. The professionalism of our leasing office is top notch and is the number one reason we were so easily convinced to move to this property. My wife and I had an amazing experience touring our new home at St. Andrie with Ms. Tiffany Pickett. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and welcoming throughout the entire process. Tiffany took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel welcomed. Her warm personality and attention to detail made the tour not only informative but also enjoyable. We have lived at St Andrie since 2020 and have made life long friendships here! We loved everything about this community, the entire St Andrie team! Alejandra, Alex, and don’t forget everything is great with Nate (our amazing concierge). We enjoyed all the amenities, we have really felt like this place is home. The proximity to the park, HEB is a plus, the amazing downtown views and of course the accessibility of walking down to the coffee shop. If St Andrie would let me sign a 30yr term I would do it in a heart beat. The location was (busy) but ideal for all our needs. Thank you St Andrie…
